House Flipper 2has 36 achievements to get as they renovate various houses, with “Work Smart, Not Hard” being one of them.
It’s a fairly easy achievement to get and can be obtained very early in the game. You just need to think a little outside the box!
In this short guide, we’ll tell you everything you need to know to get this particular achievement. You’ll also learn a pretty useful trick to make future jobs easier.
“Work Smart, Not Hard” Achievement Guide
“Work Smart, Not Hard” is one of the simplest achievements in the game and you can get it during any of the many jobs you’ll take on.
The official description for the achievement is “Who said an outdoor bin has to be outside?”. It’s relatively vague, but it does tell you what to do!
You just need to approach any of the large outdoor trash bins outside of whatever house you’re currently working on.
For example, we’ll be using this blue trash bin from the first job in the game, “So you wanna be a house flipper?”
Just approach it and pick it up, then move it inside of the house. Place it down anywhere inside the house and the “Work Smart, Not Hard” achievement will instantly unlock!
Achievement aside, this is actually a fairly useful trick to shorten the time you spend gathering trash.
After all, you can now just dump trash while staying inside the house. No constant trips in and out to take the trash out!
Just don’t tell the homeowners about it, we doubt they’ll be particularly fond of your avant-garde cleaning techniques…
Anyway, now you know how to get the “Work Smart, Not Hard” achievement anytime in House Flipper 2. Plus you also learned a new trick to make jobs faster and easier, which is always welcome!
