Basically, the place is a mess and you have to get rid of everything, take out the trash, and clean any stains. It’s a time-consuming job, but not particularly hard.
In this guide, we’ll tell you how to ensure you get a 3 Stars grade in this specific job.
How To Get 3 Stars In “Out With The Old!”
The basics of getting a 3 stars ranking in “Out With The Old!” is the same as any other job in the game: just complete every single “quest”. These are the various tasks your client requires of you.
Clean everything you have to clean, add the furniture your client wants, sell the ones they don’t, etc, etc.
As a reminder, though, every single room has its own set of tasks which you can check anytime by pressing TAB on PC, the View button on Xbox Series, or the Touchpad on PS5.
Additionally, the game will tell you if there are tasks available for unequipped tools. You’ll notice a “!” in the tool change button, as shown above.
Now with the general basics out of the way, what about “Out With The Old!” specifically?
Well, the place you get assigned for this job is a complete dumpster, according to the client. As the job title implies, you have to get rid of pretty much everything. Even the basement needs to be cleaned up!
Speaking of, you can only access the basement from the house’s backyard!
Anyway, the only things that need to stay are the packed boxes left by your client.
Your most important tool in this job is the Flipper Tool, colloquially known as the “sale gun”. The first thing you should do is a clean sweep of the house and basement, selling everything you can!
With everything sold, you should pick up any trash left over and take it out. Vacuum the floors and then clean up any remaining stains, including the windows.
Make sure you cover every room in the house and you’ll have an easy 3 Stars rank!
Venezuelan gamer cursed by being interested by most games, resulting in a ridiculous backlog he’ll never be able to conquer. Been gaming for over two decades now! Few things exemplify his wide variety in gaming tastes as the fact that he’s a big fan of both Souls games and the Atelier series at the same time. Also a big fan of Yakuza/Like a Dragon, Deadly Premonition, Zero Escape, and Dead Rising, among others. Considers Lost Judgment and Sekiro to both be masterpieces.
