While playing House Flipper 2, unlocking the demolition and building tools may seem like it takes forever! How are you going to flip houses in that case, then? More importantly, how will you be able to renovate your houses for selling? Oh, hell naw – that’s the best part of the game! Don’t worry, I’m here to help you show you a quick way to make it happen.

How to Unlock Demolition & Building Tools

I’ve provided some easy-to-follow instructions below on how to unlock the Demolition & Building tools in the game:

  1. Open up your computer in-game.
  2. Make sure that you have unlocked the Crayfish Coast.
  3. Go to your Emails, and head to the archive section (left from Inbox) and locate the quest titled “A floor plan to change.” from David Hoffman.
  4. Complete that quest, and there you have it! The Demolition and Building tools are now at your disposal – Simply access your tools wheel, and you can see them at the bottom.

With these House Flipper 2 tools in hand, you’ll be able to carry out your demolishing jobs – like taking out pesky walls, and your house revamping duties – taking back the wall that you didn’t mean to take out.

Meanwhile, if you’re wondering why they’re “supposedly” acquire later compared to other tools, it’s because they’re essential tools for buy-and-selling your houses which isn’t really an early game task in the game.

Also, if you’re having difficulties finding scaffolding & ladders, we turn out to have a guide for that as well. Check it out!
