Gotham Knights will finally be out in the next few days, so now’s the time to talk about which character would be the ideal one to play as your main.
That said, there are four different characters to choose from in the game. Of course, each of them has his own unique specialization and playstyle.
So if you can’t decide which character to use as a main, then this guide will help you out.
Best Characters to Main in Gotham Knights
As mentioned, you can choose from four different characters to play in Gotham Knights. They are Robin, Batgirl, Nightwing, and Red Hood. In order to decide which one you want to play as the main, let’s have an overview of each of them.
Robin
Robin’s playstyle revolves around stealth and inflicting elemental damage on your enemies. His skill tree allows you to be as stealthy as you possibly can. Aside from that, there are also bonuses that will allow you to deal a ton of elemental damage.
If you prefer a more assassin-type character, then Robin would most definitely be the best character you can use as a main. You can think of playing Robin as like playing the older Assassin’s Creed games where stealth is key to taking down your enemies.
Batgirl
Next, we have Batgirl who specializes in brawling. Simply put, if you prefer the brawler playstyle, then she is most definitely the best character for you. Most of her skill tree focuses on improving her crit chance and crit damage.
Not only that, but you can also find a lot of passives that boost her health and defense.
All these make Batgirl a perfect brawler character who’s able to take a lot of hits and land massive hits in return. She even has a unique skill that allows her to revive herself to 50% health once after dying.
Nightwing
If you’re a fan of acrobatic movements in games, then Nightwing is the ideal choice for you. Most of his attacks revolve around performing acrobatic movements which make it really hard for your enemies to hit you.
Not only that, but his skill tree provides a lot of crit chance upgrades which makes him really strong in combat. So, if you want to play a character that is very agile and has plenty of evasive maneuvers, then Nightwing is a perfect choice.
Red Hood
Lastly, we have Red Hood whose skill is the most diverse out of all of them. He has the Marksman skill tree which focuses more on his gunplay, allowing you to play the gunner playstyle. Then he also has the Brawler skill tree which is the complete opposite of the Marksman skill tree as it focuses on melee combat.
It even gives you the ability to grab enemies who are at 50% health, making it really powerful. While Batgirl is the main brawler of the four, Red Hood’s diverse option offers you a choice between playing a gunner or a brawler in a single character.
