As you progress through the game, you will naturally unlock gear as you also get stronger. However, you can also craft suits in the crafting menu. In the lower left, you can see the materials the suit requires to craft it.
You can gather resources by accomplishing challenges and other objectives in the game. The suits also have different rarities. The best ones are the Legendary ones, which are also the hardest to craft.
