One of the best ways to improve your overall gameplay in Palworld 1.0 is with accessories. Each of them features various effects, and with the full release of the game, the entire accessories system has been slightly expanded.

Some previous accessories were compounded into a single item, while some have received some major buffs. That said, which exactly are the best items/accessories to get in Palworld 1.0?

Here’s a list of all of them:

Multiclimate Undershirt

Multiclimate Undershirt Palworld

The Multiclimate Undershirt is, in my opinion, the single best environmental accessory you could get early in the game. If you manage to get one, it will grant you level 3 resistance against both heat and cold.

This removes the need to constantly swap accessories while exploring different islands.

It’s a major quality-of-life improvement if you’re someone who spends most of their time farming Legendary Pals or traveling across the map.

To craft it, you’ll need 40 High Quality Cloth, 20 Flame Organ, 20 Ice Organ, and 20 Polymer. But to do so, you first need to obtain its schematic.

You can find it on the shrine just southeast of the PIDF tower, as shown in the image above. Once there, interact with the terminal to obtain the schematic.

Attack Pendant

Attack Pendant Palworld

As the name suggests, the Attack Pendant is an accessory that increases your overall Attack stat, specifically granting Attack Up Level 3. If your goal is to deal as much damage as possible, this accessory is definitely worth having.

Unlike weapon upgrades that only affect a specific gun, the Attack Pendant increases your overall damage. This means it increases nearly every offensive option you use, including firearms, melee weapons, and several Pal Partner Skills.

The Attack Pendant shines when paired with high-end weapons such as the Legendary Assault Rifle, Laser Rifle, or Rocket Launcher.

Attack Pendant Schematic Palworld

You can find its schematic directly south of Tetroise in the Dessicated Desert. Once you get the schematic, you can then craft the accessory using 25 Ingot, 20 Horn, 25 Paldium Fragment, and 2 Ancient Civilization Parts.

Defense Pendant

Defense Pendant Palworld

If you’re a bit low on defense, one of the best accessories you should get is the Defense Pendant. This accessory grants you Defense Up Level 3 which makes it ideal if you’re tackling Tower bosses or harder encounters.

While it won’t make you invincible, it can massively reduce the risk of being instantly knocked down during difficult fights.

You can craft it using 30 Ingot, 20 Ore, 25 Paldium Fragment, and 2 Ancient Civilization Parts.

As for the schematic, you can find it northwest of the Heatwave Gate. The shrine will involve a hacking minigame that you’ll have to solve in order to access the schematic.

Growth Acceleration Bell

Growth Acceleration Bell Palworld

The Growth Acceleration Bell should be one of the first accessories you craft if you’re still in the process of building your perfect Pal team.

This seemingly simple accessory grants Pal EXP Up Level 3 which increases the experience gained by your Pals by 50%. This helps you save an enormous amount of grinding, especially when you’re constantly replacing workers or breeding stronger combat Pals.

While you can get it early on in the game, you can use it all the way to the endgame since you’ll almost always be leveling new Pals for breeding, base work, or boss fights.

That said, you can craft the accessory using 25 Ingot, 30 Paldium Fragment, 10 Mysterious Mushroom, and 3 Ancient Civilization Parts.

You can find its schematic on the western side of the Mount Flopie Summit, as shown in the image above.

Pal Tamer’s Glasses

Pal Tamer’s Glasses Palworld

The Pal Tamer’s Glasses is essentially the Mercy Ring and the Ability Glasses rolled into a single accessory.

It basically allows you to see a Pal’s potential and, at the same time, prevents you from downright killing a Pal during combat. This is quite useful as it makes it easier to catch certain Pals.

If you’re aiming to complete your Paldeck or want to look for perfect breeding companions, this accessory is a must-have.

That said, unlike the other accessories on this list, you can just unlock the Pal Tamer’s Glasses blueprint by reaching level 34 and using Ancient Technology points.

However, you can actually get it earlier by obtaining its schematic anyway. Simply head to this location on the map shown in the image above.

Once you do, you can then craft it using 20 Refined Ingot, 30 Paldium Fragment, 10 Ancient Civilization Parts, and 15 Ancient Bark.

Attack Support Whistle

Attack Support Whistle Palworld

The Attack Support Whistle is kinda like the Attack Pendant except that it increases the attack of your Pals instead. It grants Pal Attack Up Level 3 which is essentially a 12% increase to your Pal’s attack.

You can obtain its schematic in the volcano region on the map shown above.

To craft it, you’ll only need 20 Ingot, 20 Horn, 25 Sulfur, and 2 Ancient Civilization Parts. As you can see, it’s relatively easy to craft, but the utility it offers is something you shouldn’t ignore.

Islander’s Tool Belt

If you’re the type of player who spends more time building than fighting, then you should definitely get the Islander Tool Belt.

This nifty accessory grants Max Carrying Capacity Level 4 and Speedy Worker Level 4, which are essentially an extra 300 Carry Weight and a 25% increase in Work Speed, respectively.

It’s no doubt one of the best quality-of-life accessories in the game.

That said, its schematic is a bit hidden away, and you need to locate a hidden cave entrance slightly northwest of the Unthawable Lake.

I recommend using a flying Pal to locate the entrance as it will be right above a snowy cliff.

Once you get the schematic, you can then craft the belt using 20 Refined Ingot, 40 Leather, 35 Paldium Fragment, and 30 Ancient Bark.

Vanguard Charm

Vanguard Charm Palworld

If there’s an all-around accessory that you should definitely get your hands on, then it’s the Vanguard Charm.

Think of it as the upgraded version of the Multiclimate Undershirt. It provides both Heat Resistance and Cold Resistance Level 3, just like the Undershirt. However, it also grants Health Up Level 4, which is a substantial 20% HP increase.

This extra health is noticeable when you’re fighting against Alpha Pals, Tower Bosses, and the tougher enemies found on Feybreak Island.

Once you get your hands on this accessory, you can completely replace the Multiclimate Undershirt in favor of an even better one.

Vanguard Charm Schematic Location Palworld

You can get its schematic just a bit south of the Scorched Ashland which is on the northeastern side of Feybreak Island.

To craft it, you’ll need 30 Polymer, 30 Bone, 20 Flame Organ, 20 Ice Organ, and 30 Ancient Bone.

Phantom Ring

Phantom Ring Palworld

And lastly, we have the Phantom Ring.

The Phantom Ring doesn’t grant you any increases to your or your Pal’s f. Instead, it grants Extended Dodge Durability which basically extends your dodge invulnerability window by 20%. Or in much simpler terms, it increases your i-frame.

If you’re the type who relies on movement and timing instead of heavy defensive gear, you should get this accessory.

Phantom Ring Schematic Palworld

You’ll find its schematic on the eastern side of the Astral Mountain as shown on the map. The shrine will be located right below the cliff once you get there.

Crafting this accessory requires 30 Refined Ingot, 10 Plasteel, 15 Pal Metal Ingot, and 30 Ancient Bone. You’ll also need the Production Assembly Line to do so.

Wrapping Things Up

You can only equip 2 accessories at a time early, so you have to decide which of them you’re going to use depending on what you’re planning to do. Eventually, you’ll be able to equip 4 at once, allowing you to mix both offensive and defensive accessories based on your activity.

Regardless of your goals, these accessories offer some of the biggest upgrades available in Palworld 1.0.
