Palworld 1.0 completely overhauled the Work Suitability system and one of the most impactful additions was the introduction of Work Suitability Aura partner skills. Certain Pals, when stationed at your base, passively grant every other Pal working there a free +1 boost to a specific work type.

In this guide I will cover every +1 Work Suitability Aura Pal in Palworld 1.0, what each one does and where to find them.

Locations of All +1 Work Suitability Aura Pals

There are 12 of these auras in total, one for each base work type except Oil Extraction, and knowing which Pal carries which aura is one of the easiest ways to get more output from your base without needing to catch, breed or condense anything extra. Auras do not stack, so you only ever need one carrier per work type stationed at your base.

Clovee

  • Location: Commonly found roaming the low-level grasslands on the original map, making it an excellent early-game worker.

Amione

  • Type: Water
  • Best For: Watering
  • Location: Appears near the starting area and around the new island archipelago. They often spawn in pairs, so finding and catching one is usually quite easy.

Puffolt
