Early on in the game taking down a boss in the wild will seem a bit intimidating. The map above shows the location of a level 11 Chillet. You can go to this fight relatively quickly if you are looking to get an ancient technology point very early on.
The Chillet boss fight isn’t that difficult and can be done with 1 or 2 Pals to help you. Utilizing your Pals in an early boss fight like this will make the boss fight very straightforward.
What is Ancient Technology
Inside the technology tab, You will see a column for ancient technology upgrades. On the bottom, you can also see how many ancient technology points you currently have.
The ancient technology points allow you to earn special items. These items are most of the time very important, and very unique.
The Statue of Power is the first ancient technology structure you can unlock. Having the Statue of Power is very important in Palworld as it allows you to do 2 important things.
Firstly, you can use the Statue of Power to upgrade your capture power. This will give you better chances to capture a Pal when using the Pal spheres. Upgrading the capture power requires you to offer up Lifmunk Effigies. These effigies can be found in different places in Palworld.
The other thing you can do using the Statue of Power is enhance your Pals stats. For this, you will need to offer up Pal Souls. You can use your souls to upgrade your Pals HP, attack, defense, or work speed.
