Palworld – All Oil Rig Chest Locations | Sakurajima Update

Palworld is an online open world action adventure game that was released not too long ago. The game is still in development and you can find its Early Access version on Steam and Xbox consoles.

We recently got to see a huge update come out for the game called Sakurajima. This update adds a lot of new stuff for players to explore. The new Oil Rig stronghold is one of them. The stronghold is filled with chests that you can loot for rewards. This guide will show you the location of every chest.

Location of All Oil Rig Chests

There are a total of 12 small chests and 1 big chest that you can find on the Rayne Syndicate Oil Rig. The coordinates of the Oil Rig are about 544, -423.

The location of all the 12 small chests are marked in the image below in the order that you can easily get them.

All 12 Small Chests

If you can’t find a specific chest as some of them are well hidden then refer to the images below. The numbers mentioned here are according to the ones marked on the image (map) above.

Chest #01

When you enter the Oil Rig stronghold, you will find 2 tents located near each other. The 1st small chest is inside the left tent.

The 2nd small chest is found on the bottom floor in the middle of the stairs near a red oil tank.

The 3rd small chest is tucked inside a red container as you can see in the image below.

To get the 4th small chest, make your way underneath the platform and you will be able to spot it.

The 5th small chest is located inside a dumpster bin near the edge of the Oil Rig.

You will find the 6th small chest on top of the tallest tower of the Oil Rig. There will be mobs guarding the chest.

The 7th small chest is hidden behind a red container as you can see marked in the image below.

You will find the 8th small chest inside a yellow container which is located on a bridge between the platforms.

The 9th small chest is located on the 2nd floor and is pretty easy to spot as you can see below.

Underneath the platform from where you got the previous chest, you will find the 10th small chest located there amidst some containers and boxes.

The 11th small chest is located on the roof as you can see marked in the image below.

Chest #12

The 12th small chest is located inside a blue container which is found at the far end platform of the stronghold.

Location of the Big Chest

There is also 1 big chest that you can find on the Oil Rig but its location is random. There are 4 possible locations where it can spawn for you. These locations are marked in the image below. Check each one of them and you will be able to find the big chest.

You will get much better loot from the big chest when compared to the small chests. It will also take you more time to open the big chest. So make sure to clear the area before opening it.
