There are a few ways to make a Fire Potion, but none of them is told to you straight. You’ll either have to waste some ingredients for experimentation or spend money to buy a recipe.
If none of these sounds like what you’d want to do then here’s everything you need to know to make a fire potion.
How to Make Fire Potion in Potion Craft?
The fire potion is located on the left side of the map, near the center. The most basic recipe requires at least three firebells, preferably grinded in the mortar first. They’ll move your potion icon in a zigzag pattern, making it hard to get a better result than a weak fire potion.
Making Better Fire Potions
In order to make a better fire potion, you’ll need to add more ingredients to your concoction. The easiest combination calls for three firebells and a windbloom.
With the use of a ladle, you should be able to get both a normal potion of fire as well as a strong one. But, keep in mind that you don’t need to grind the widbloom in the mortar – in fact, it’ll only add unnecessary distance for your potion to travel.
Other simple recipes that will allow you to make the best possible fire potion are consist of two lava roots, two fireballs, and one mushroom, and finally, three firebells and one terraria. There is also a way to make a strong fire potion by using four carefully grinded firebells with heavy use of the ladle, but making this one requires a lot of precision.
