One of the many NPC robots you can come across in Stray is Elliot, a programmer who you can meet in the game’s first level, The Slums. Elliot plays an important role as you’ll need him to fix the tracker which you’ll need to progress the game.

However, as it turns out, robots also feel cold in the game. And unless you warm him up, he won’t be able to do anything. This is why you need to get the Poncho to get him working again. Let’s find out where you can get it.

How to Get the Poncho and Where to Use It in Stray

In order to get the poncho, you’ll want to head over to Grandma in the Slums. Then, make sure to give her the Electric Cable. If you don’t know how to obtain the Electric Cable, kindly check our previous blog post detailing the steps you need to follow.

Once you have the Electric Cable, gave it to Grandma. She will then knit a poncho which you can then take back to Elliot. Give the poncho to Elliot, and return after meeting Seamus and when you need to fix the tracker. Since Elliot is a tech-savvy robot, he will be able to fix your tracker for you so you can progress the story.
