Slime Rancher 2: Honey Slime Locations

There are various types of slimes you can raise in Slime Rancher 2. However, you’ll need to locate them first so you can vacuum them and take them to your ranch. One example of slime you can find in the game is the Honey Slime. Unlike other slimes, this is the only type that can produce Honey Plorts.

In case you’re wondering, Honey Plorts sell for around 45 Newbucks each, making them quite valuable. But to get them, you’ll need to find Honey Slimes first. Let’s find out where you can find them.

Honey Slime Locations in Slime Rancher 2

The only location where you can find a bunch of Honey Slimes is the remote island of Starlight Strand. There, you can find various Honey Slimes that will spawn in various spots throughout the area. However, in order to get to Starlight Strand, you first need to activate its teleporter which you can find south of Rainbow Fields.

Here, you’ll encounter a Cotton Gordo Slime which you should defeat to access the teleporter. All you need to do is feed it 10 fruits and veggies that are found around the area.

After arriving at Starlight Strand, you can then start looking around for Honey Slimes. You can recognize them by their golden brown color and the hexagonal pattern on top of their heads.

If you find them hard to vacuum, you can simply use Mint Mango as bait since that’s their favorite food.
