Grounded: Where to Find Woodpile BURG.L Chip Location Guide

BURG.L Chips are important upgrades for our friendly robot, BURG.L. It expands his purchasable raw science inventory and unlocks important gameplay features like Base Building recipes.

These chips are scattered throughout the backyard, which is why it’s hard to find them. Eventually, you’ll need to find the Woodpile BURG.L Chip that’s located in the deep depths of the Termite Dens.

Where To Find Woodpile BURG.L Chip?

The Woodpile BURG.L Chip is located inside the Termite Dens at the Woodpile. It’s hidden away in the shed in the northwest area of the map, as shown in the illustration above. This area was introduced during the Into the Wood update, so it’s full of aggressive Termite insects.

Getting to the chip is not as easy as just fighting a few termites. The BURG.L Chip is located just past the Termite King. To get your hands on the chip you’re not only going to fight off Termites, but you’re going to face off against the Termite King and its Termite Soldiers. So, it is highly recommended that you strap yourself with a tier 3 weapon and some tier 2-3 gear!

Termites are a massive threat when grouped up. You can use an explosive item like Bratburst to eliminate multiple insects are once without getting too close.

Once you’ve managed past the foes, you can find the BURG.L chip just past the Termite King covered in a ray of light, so you won’t miss it. The emitting beam of light sort of presents the chip as your prize for defeating the mighty Termite King guarding it, so rejoice!
