Granblue Fantasy Relink: Where to Find All the Chests in Chapter 5

Chapter 5 in Granblue Fantasy: Relink has a total of 23 chests that you can find. Chests in this game are a great way for you to earn a lot of loot and special items.

Our guide looks at where you can find every single chest in this Chapter, so you can get them all and not miss any.

Where to Find All the Chests in Chapter 5

All the Chests on this list are in the order you find them in the Chapter. There are over 23 chests in this guide. Be sure to collect them all!

Make sure you have looted all the chests from Chapter 4 as well. The game allows you to go back to previous chapters and collect all the loot you might have missed.

Chest #1

As soon as you start the chapter, the main quest indicator will lead you towards a bunch of ice blocking a path. From here if you go the right instead of breaking that ice, you will get to the first chest in the chapter.

As soon as you turn right, you will be able to see a large ice shard in front of you. The chest is inside this shard and you will need to break it in order to loot the chest. There are a bunch of other shards in this chapter that you have to break to access a chest.

Upon breaking the ice, a chest will drop out and you will be able to loot it.

Chest #2

The second chest is this chapter will require you to climb up from the location marked in the image above. This place will naturally come in your path when following the main quest indicator.

Look behind you once you are up, and you will be able to see another ice shard with a chest inside it. The chest inside this one is a golden chest. Golden chests in Granblue Fantasy: Relink drops more loot than normal chests and can also drop a special item.

Chest #3

Make your way back down after looting the previous chest and you will be able to see your third chest. This chest will be in your path when following the quest indicator.

Chest #4

The ice shard containing your 4th chest stands out from a distance and you will be able to see it from quite far away. This shard will be to the right of the stairs you have to go up from.

Chest #5

While on the stairs following the quest marker, you will need to head left from the place marked in the image above.

Upon turning left from the stairs, you will see a Shrouded Treasure in front of you. Shrouded Treasure’s in Granblue Fantasy: Relink require you to complete a challenge to earn a reward.

Shrouded Treasure challenges are time based challenges. In them, you will have to collect purple Mirage Stones within a specific time frame.

If you complete the challenge successfully, you will find a golden chest waiting for you in place of the Shrouded Treasure.

Chest #6

After finishing the Shrouded Treasure challenge, go back to the stairs and keep following the path that leads up. On your path you will find another ice shard with a chest inside.

Chest #7

Following the main path, you will eventually find yourself at a bridge. Over here, to the right of the bridge, you will be able to see a silver chest.

Chest #8

The next chest you will come across can be found upon completing an Omen Stone. Omen Stones in Granblue Fantasy: Relink are challenges you have to complete for a reward. Unlike the Shrouded Treasure challenge though, the challenge this time will require you to defeat a group of enemies.

Defeating the enemies will result in a golden chest spawning where the Omen Stone was.

Chest #9

Progressing further after finishing the Omen Stone, challenge, you will see a stone lamp in front of you.

There will be a wooden chest just behind this stone lantern.

Chest #10

The next chest can be found just a little bit after the previous chest. This chest will be on the floor to your left while you are following the main quest marker.

Chest #11

From the area seen in the image above, to proceed with the story, you will need to go left. For the next chest though, you will need to go right.

The path to the right will take you upwards. Keep following the path and you will arrive at the 11th chest.

Chest #12 and #13

After looting the 11th chest, just to your right you will find 2 more chests. In total this area will have 3 chests all in close proximity to each other.

Chest #14

Next to the area where you turned right from to get to the last 3 chests, you will find your Second Shrouded Treasure of the chapter.

Like the first treasure, you will again need to collect all the Mirage Stones within the time limit. Once you collect them all, a golden chest will appear at the location of the Shrouded Treasure.

Chest #15

Another chest trapped within an ice shard, this ice shard will come in your way as you go forward. It will be right next to the opening that takes you outside the cave you are in.

Chest #16

Back in the open, to progress the chapter you will need to up the stairs to your right. Instead, if you go straight and then to the left, like seen in the image above, you will find your next chest.

This chest will be right at the edge of the cliff. The ongoing storm also makes it a bit hard to see from a distance.

Chest #17

When you come across the staircase in the image above, go left from where the red arrow indicates you to go.

Turn left and follow a narrow path to get to get to a golden chest. Loot the chest and continue back up the stairs.

Chest #18

Once you are up the stairs, you will be able to see a small bit of land to your right. Go forward a bit and there will be a way for you to go to this place.

A small wooden chest is tucked away here just to your right.

Chapter #19

The second and last Omen Stone of this chapter will be waiting for you in this large circular arena-style area. Go up to it and start the challenge for the next chest.

Take care of the enemies from the challenge and loot the chest waiting for you upon completing the challenge.

Chest #20

To the left of the stairs leading to “Tredame Sanctum”, you will find your last ice shard containing a chest.

Chest #21

After looting that chest, head to the right of the sanctum instead of entering it and you will find the 21st chest of this chapter.

Chest #22

A little bit more to the right from the previous chest, you will see a large open area in front of you. The arrow in the image above indicates where you need to go for the next chest.

Make your way there and you will see a chest waiting to be looted near the edge of the cliff.

Chest #23

The final chest of this chapter can be found once you go up the stairs and enter the large ice structure in front of you. Over there, right in front of you, you will find your last chest.

After looting this chest, you can go forward and finish the chapter. Make sure you have collected all the chests in the chapter. If you happen to miss any, you can go back into the chapter once you have finished the chapter.
