The “Only You Can Prevent Forest Flyers” quest will require you to take on a Griffin boss. Certain quests in the game like this one, allow you to earn additional rewards by completing side quests.
Over here the side quest is to not enter Critical Condition more than once. If you complete the quest and meet the requirements for the side quest, you will get your additional rewards at the end
Completing this quest will give you Griffin Feathers in the form of “First-Clear Rewards” and “Side Goal Rewards”. Other than that, you can also get Feathers in these quests as drops from enemies.
Accessing the Quest
To access the Quest and earn Griffin Feathers, you will first need to clear Chapter 5 of the game.
Clearing Chapter 5 will unlock the “Seedhollow” location, and alongside that also unlock fast travel. Fast traveling is important here because you need to be in “Folca” to access the quest menu.
From “Seedhollow”, you can travel back to “Folca” and access the quest menu. The quest menu allows you to start any quests you have available, including the one for Griffin Feathers.
The “Only You Can Prevent Forest Flyers” quest will be available automatically when you visit the quest menu after Chapter 5.
