The Portal Pile Hero skin, also known as the Portal Buster Hero, is a free DLC skin for Minecraft Legends.
However, you can’t just download the skin and be on your way! You will need to earn it by completing one of the Lost Legends challenges.
In this guide, we’ll give you some tips to help beat this challenge so you can unlock a new skin.
How to Unlock The Portal Buster Hero Skin in Minecraft Legends
The Portal Buster Hero skin can only be obtained by completing the Lost Legend: Portal Pile challenge.
You can get this challenge from the marketplace for free, and it will task you with defending a fountain from 20 waves of Piglins. It’s no easy feat!
The town with the fountain is surrounded by 3 portals from which the Piglins will appear. We recommend building spawners close to each one of the portals.
You can recall your units to any spawner to make it easier to move them around quickly!
We also recommend building lots of towers and walls in the way of the Piglins. You don’t want to let them have a clear path straight to the fountain, so set down as many obstructions as you can!
Don’t neglect to build towers around the fountain as well as your last line of defense. On that note, place a Carpenter Hut near the fountain to repair it constantly.
Also, don’t forget to open the Village Chest near the fountain after every wave! This will be your main way of getting resources, so make sure to check it after each wave.
Lastly, make sure to replace structures and mobs with stronger ones. You will unlock the ability to build better ones as you progress through the waves, and they’ll be essential to surviving the battles.
It’s an extremely tough challenge, but manage to push back against all 20 waves of Piglins and you will earn the Portal Buster Hero skin!
You can claim the skin from the marketplace after finishing the Portal Pile challenge.
