Iron is one of the many resources you have access to in Minecraft Legends. In fact, you can gather it early in the game since you’ll be using it for crafting and stuff.

In particular, you’ll end up using a lot of iron to spawn Golems which are pretty useful for a handful of reasons. You’ll also need lots of iron to build certain structures.

That said, there are several ways to get your hands on this resource in-game. This guide will show you what those are.

Unlike in the original Minecraft where you have to dig deep underground to find some iron nodes, you can just find them in the overworld at Minecraft Legends. However, it can still be tough to spot compared to other resources.

That said, you can find iron in the Forest, Fatelands, and Dry Savanna biomes. However, before you head out to gather some iron, there’s one thing you should do first.

Before anything else, you should first unlock Improvement: Gather Iron on your Well of Fate. This allows your gather allays to start collecting iron out there in the open. Without this, you won’t be able to gather iron from iron nodes.

After that, simply head to any of the biomes mentioned earlier and start looking for iron nodes.

They are those dark grey blocks with some streaks of gold on top of them. After locating a node, simply go into Building Mode and place the melody near it to start gathering.

Do keep in mind that there are other alternatives you can use to gather iron. One way is to loot Village Chests from villages on the map. However, you have to make sure that the village produces iron.

The other method is to open Gold Chests which will drop some iron randomly.
