LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has been released just a few days ago. As such, players can expect a few bugs here and there, but one annoying thing that can take away from the overall experience is the game crashing during certain parts of the game.

Though developer TT Games have been hard at work in ironing out these problems and fixing them whenever possible, some players are still experiencing these crashes. If you’re one of the unlucky players who experience constant crashes, then you might want to try these fixes.

Game Crashing Fix in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga

While the game isn’t graphically demanding, PC players who are using RTX GPUs are still experiencing in-game crashes every now and then. A possible reason for this problem is overlays that are active in apps like MSI Afterburner, GeForce Experience, and even Steam’s own in-game overlay.

To fix the crash, the best option is to disable those in-game overlays as well as any third-party program you might be using. Another possible fix is to verify your game files. If you’re playing on Steam, simply right-click the game on your Library, click on Properties, select Local Files, then choose the “Verify integrity of game files” option. Wait until the process is complete.

You can also tweak the game’s overall graphic settings via the NVIDIA Control Panel. To start, simply open up the app, go to Set PhysX Configuration, and in the Select a PhysX processor option, click on the dropdown menu and choose your GPU.

After that, head to Manage 3D Settings, click on Program Settings, then select the executable for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. Enable the Max FPS Limit option then set it to 60 FPS.
