Based on previews, Cantarella is close to release as version 2.2 of Wuthering Waves looms on the horizon, so it’s time to start a pre-farm routine for her.

Cantarella will be a Havoc Resonator who uses Rectifiers and fills the role of a Support and Sub-DPS hybrid. She can buff other Havoc Resonators and primarily deals damage off-field via her Coordinated Attacks. What’s more, she can enter a special state that provides healing to the whole team!

Read on and we’ll tell you everything you need to farm if you want to max out the current head of Fisalia once her banner releases.

Cantarella Pre-Farm Guide | Wuthering Waves 2.2 Prep

Ascension Materials

Here’s everything you’ll need to pre-farm if you wish to take Cantallera from Lv1 to Lv90 in Wuthering Waves:

  • LF Polygon Core x4
  • MF Polygon Core x12
  • HF Polygon Core x12
  • FF Polygon Core x4
  • Cleansing Conch x46
  • Seaside Cendrelis x60
  • Premium Resonance Potion x122
  • Shell Credits x1,030,000

Out of these materials, you currently can’t get the Seaside Cendrelis. It’s expected to become available as a gathering material once update 2.2 drops, but it’s not in the game yet!

That aside, you can get all tiers of Polygon Cores as drops from Tacet Discords in the Rinascita region. The higher tiers are rarer and drop mostly from Elite Tacet Discords. Sadly, there’s no one best farming route for this material, since it’s pretty random. That said, certain Forgery Challenges also have the lower-tier versions as rewards.

Alternatively, you can also get Polygon Cores by opening Enclosure Tank chests. You can get a good amount of those by turning in Rinascita Sonance Caskets to Teensy Weensy. If you haven’t done that yet, now’s a great time to do it.

Also, you can convert lower-tier Polygon Cores into higher tiers by using the Synthesizer at either Jinzhou or Rinascita. Plus, remember to eat Exploration Dishes like Stuffed Tofu to boost the material drop rates.

Next up is the Cleansing Conch. You can farm this one by defeating Lorelei at the Nimbus Sanctum in Rinascita. Do note that you’ll need to spend 60 Waveplates each time you defeat her to claim the rewards, however. Also, there are no other sources for this material besides Lorelei, at least currently.

Lastly, you can farm Resonance Potions and Shell Credits both by completing Simulation Training domains. Each domain run will require 40 Waveplates, but it’s very simple to farm! Just keep in mind that higher SOL3 Phase Levels will also increase the rewards.

Talent Materials

Here’s a quick list of everything you’ll need if you want to max out all of Cantarella’s Talents:

  • Lento Helix x9
  • Adagio Helix x63
  • Andante Helix x114
  • Presto Helix x18
  • LF Whisperin Core x25
  • MF Whisperin Core x28
  • HF Whisperin Core x40
  • FF Whisperin Core x47
  • When Irises Bloom x26
  • Shell Credits x2,030,000

Similar to the Seaside Cendrelis from before, you can’t pre-farm the When Irises Bloom material for Cantarella in Wuthering Waves yet. Based on preview information, it’s expected to be added as a Weekly Boss drop when update 2.2 releases. Gotta wait for that!

Moving on, the best way to farm the Helix materials is to complete Forgery Challenges. The Abyss of Initiation (Rinascita) and Misty Forest (Huanglong) are your best bet. These Forgery Challenges also have a chance to drop Polygon Cores, Whisperin Cores, and Rings. That said, you’ll need at least 40 Waveplates per run to claim the rewards.

As for the Whisperin Cores themselves, we recommend farming them in Forgery Challenges alongside Helixes. Lower tiers drop frequently in the Misty Forest challenge, after all.

That aside, they’re similar to Polygon Cores. Everything we said about those in the previous section is also true for Whisperin Cores. They drop randomly from Tacet Discords in Rinascita, such as the Zig Zag in the example above. You can get them from Teensy Weensy’s Enclosure Tanks. And, of course, you can also use the Synthesizer to transform lower-tier variants into higher tiers.

Signature Weapon Materials – Whisper of Sirens

If you’re also planning to get and max out Cantarella’s signature weapon in Wuthering Waves, here’s what you’ll need to pre-farm:

  • Crude Ring x6
  • Basic Ring x6
  • Improved Ring x10
  • Tailored Ring x12
  • Lento Helix x6
  • Adagio Helix x8
  • Andante Helix x6
  • Presto Helix x20
  • Premium Energy Core x135
  • Shell Credits (Ascension 1 to 6) x330,000
  • Shell Credits (Leveling 1 to 90) x1,076,960

All of the Ring tiers are drops exclusive to Exile-type enemies. You can find these Exiles all over the Huanglong region, and all of them have a chance to drop Rings when defeated. These guys are seriously all over the place, so they’re easy to farm! Just remember to use Stuffed Tofu to further boost drop rates.

Like other materials, you can also use the Synthesizer to transform lower-tier Rings into higher-tier ones.

As for the Helixes, it’s as we mentioned before. You’ll want to do the Abyss of Initiation (Rinascita) and Misty Forest (Huanglong) Forgery Challenges. It’s worth noting that the Misty Forest challenge is also a good source of lower-tier Rings, making it a solid choice if you want to max out the Whisper of Sirens.

Lastly, you can get Energy Cores for Weapon EXP the same way as Shell Credits: complete their respective Simulation Training domains. As we mentioned before, you’ll need 40 Waveplates per run.

Other Things to Look Out For – Resonators and Echo Sets

Last but not least on our pre-farm guide for Cantarella in Wuthering Waves, it’s a good idea to tell you what other Resonators she’ll likely want as her teammates. This will allow you to focus on upgrading those so that you can make the most of Cantarella’s best teams! Here’s the list of currently available Resonators that will very likely make good allies for her:

  • Jihnsi
  • Rover (Havoc)
  • Carlotta
  • Camellya
  • Changli
  • Roccia
  • Danjin

As for Echo Sets, they somewhat depend on what you plan to play Cantarella as. These are looking to be her best options so far:

  • Midnight Veil – Ideal when playing Cantarella as a Havoc Sub-DPS paired with someone like Camellya or Danjin.
  • Empyrean Anthem – Best if you plan to use Cantarella alongside non-Havoc DPS Resonators, such as Carlotta and Jihnsi.
  • Moonlit Clouds – Solid all-around choice for general hypercarry teams. Not as strong as the more specific sets, but still a great choice if you don’t farm the others in time.

Lastly, these are the stats you should prioritize for Cantarella’s Echo Sets:

  • 4 Cost – CRIT Rate or CRIT Damage
  • 3 Cost – Havoc Damage Bonus
  • 1 Cost – Attack %
  • Sub-Stats – CRIT Rate = CRIT Damage > Attack % > Energy Regen > Basic Attack Damage Bonus

That’s the end of our guide! You now know everything you need to be able to pre-farm for Cantarella in Wuthering Waves. We wish you the best of luck pulling for her after you’re done farming!
