However, there’s actually a seventh character you can play as. But to do so, you’ll have to unlock him first. That’s none other than Casey Jones.

How to Unlock Casey Jones in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Shredder’s Revenge
Casey Jones is one of the strongest characters in the game. Unlike other playable characters who can only go as far as 6 stars spread across their stats, Casey Jones has 7. He’s the only one to have such an excellent spread of stats.
In particular, he has 3 stars in Range, 2 stars in Speed, and 2 stars in Power. While it doesn’t necessarily mean he’s significantly overpowered, it does mean he has a slight edge in various challenges.
Keep in mind that the game doesn’t hint at Casey Jones’s availability in the game at all. As such, if you want to unlock him, you’ll have to complete the game in Story Mode. That means playing through all 16 episodes for the first time.
After doing that, you’ll then be able to play as him in the “Select Your Hero” menu. As mentioned, you can only unlock him after beating Story Mode. Playing and beating the game in Arcade Mode doesn’t count.
