It seems that the way to make your avatar invisible is to customize it and use a specific dress. First off, head to the Customize menu and unequip all of your clothing and accessories. You also have to unequip your weapon.
After removing everything, head over to the Bottoms section under the Clothing category. Then, purchase the black dress which you can find at the very top of the list. After that, head over to the Outerwear section and buy the teddy bear body. This will cause your body to turn invisible.

Once done, head over to the Heads section under the Body category. Then, buy the invisible head located on the very left of the third row. After that, your character is now invisible. You can then check it out by playing any of the Roblox games.
