Internal Dispute is a fairly unique Achievement in Resident Evil Requiem, as it requires you to make a zombie attack another while you traverse the Care Center as Grace.
The trick is that there are bandaged zombies in the Care Center. These poor fellas are blind, so they react only to sound. This, in turn, causes them to lash out at noises, and other zombies get caught in the crossfire! Make sure this happens and the Achievement is yours.
Read on and I’ll tell you everything you need to do to get this funny little Achievement!
How to Get the Internal Dispute Achievement

For this Achievement, you’ll want to have at least 1 Empty Bottle. There are a few of these in the Care Center, such as the ones in the Records Room or the Dining Room, shown above.

Once you have an Empty Bottle, make your way to the Waiting Room in the East Wing. It’s the room shown in the map above. I recommend saving before entering it, just so you can retry if things go awry for the Achievement!
When you manage to reach the Waiting Room, crouch down and stealth over to the vase on your right. Break it to lure the zombies towards it.
Quickly hide behind the planters on the far side of the room and watch over the vase’s location. Eventually, a bandaged zombie and a maid zombie will both walk up to the spot where the vase was.
Once both zombies are at the vase’s location, select the Empty Bottle and throw it at the maid. This will stun her while also making the bandaged zombie crash out. He should hit her, earning you the achievement! The video below shows the entire process.
That’s all you need to do to get the “Internal Dispute” Achievement in Resident Evil Requiem! This isn’t the only spot where you can do this in the hospital wards, but it’s by far the easiest I’ve found.
