20 articlesThe Bar and Lounge is one of the first areas in Resident Evil Requiem where you can grab some early Antique Coins, but the safe sitting behind the bar does not give up its combination easily. The code is tied to a document hidden in the second floor Office, and if you missed it while exploring you are left guessing at a three number dial with no real starting point.
In this guide, I will show you exactly where the safe is, where to find the clue if you want to locate it yourself, and the full combination so you can crack it open and put those Antique Coins toward some early upgrades.
Bar & Lounge Safe Code Location / Safe Puzzle
The safe code is written on top of a paper which you can find on one of the desks in the Office on the second floor. Through this Office, you can easily reach the Bar & Lounge area as well to unlock the safe. I have marked the locations of both the code and the safe itself on the map below.

To reach the upper floor, you need to first get the ID Wristband (Level 1). And to get that, you need to unlock both the West Wing and the East Wing. Check out my Quartz Location Guide for more information on how to get the ID Wristband.

Resident Evil Requiem: Examination Room Safe Code Location & Safe OpenMar 3, 2026Once you have the ID Wristband, go to the location that I have marked below.
Use the ID Wristband to unlock the upper area and then follow the video below to reach the safe code.
Once you have the safe code, make your way to the Bar & Lounge and unlock the safe through the following combination:
- Rotate the dial left to 10.
- Rotate the dial right to 80.
- Finally, rotate the dial left to 30.
That’s It!
That is all there is to the Bar and Lounge safe, once you have the ID Wristband and know where the code is sitting, the whole thing takes only a couple of minutes to wrap up. The Antique Coins inside are well worth the detour, especially early in the game when every upgrade counts.
