20 articlesThe Examination Room safe is one of the earlier safes you can find in Resident Evil Requiem, and it is easy to walk straight past it if you are focused on the main objectives. It sits in a cabinet near the corpse and rewards you with three Antique Coins, which are always worth picking up early for upgrades in the Parlor.
In this guide, I will give you the exact combination to open it and show you where to find the code in the game if you want to track it down yourself.
Examination Room Safe Location & Code
The safe box itself is located inside the Examination Room. You can get to the Examination Room through the East Wing Lobby. I have marked the exact location of the safe in the image below.
To get the safe code clue, you will need to make your way to the second floor of the East Wing. More specifically, the location near the Lead Researcher’s Office which I have marked below. This area is past the dead scientist from which you get the ID Wristband (Level 1). Also keep in mind that you will have to face the baby monster boss when you first get here.

Safe Combination
To unlock the safe, you need to input the following combination through the dial:
- Rotate the dial right to 30.
- Rotate the dial left to 10.
- And then rotate the dial right to 50.
This is all!
And with that, the safe is unlocked! With three Antique Coins in hand, you are up for a visit to the Parlor. Securing these upgrades early on can make a massive difference in your survival throughout the game. With those upgrades, you handle whatever the game throws at you next.
