So, you’ve survived the nightmare, watched the credits roll, and now you’re ready to turn the tables on the Tyrants. If you’re anything like me, you probably spent your first playthrough sweating over every single bullet and hoarding Green Herbs like they were gold.

In Resident Evil Requiem, the real fun begins after the first completion. The game introduces a Special Content Shop where you can spend Challenge Points (CP) to unlock game-breaking cheats, concept art, and some legendary weapons. Here is everything you can unlock and the challenges you need to beat to get them.

Everything You Can Unlock

Once you beat the game, you gain access to the Special Content Shop. This includes models, concept art, behind-the-scenes videos, and Grace’s Report—which is a massive 60-page lore dump that I highly recommend reading if you want to understand the full story. Here are the actual items, weapons, and cheats you can buy:

Bonus Weapons & Items

  • Freya’s Needle (Grace): A machine pistol that uses submachine gun ammo.
  • Kotetsu (Grace): The infinite knife. It never breaks, making it a lifesaver for saving ammo.
  • Matilda IMP (Leon): A three-round burst handgun inspired by Leon’s classic RE2 weapon.
  • Ghost Grudge (Leon): A powerful Magnum revolver.
  • Redemption (Leon): A unique revolver that actually uses rifle ammo.
  • Clatter Carbine (Leon): A carbine that utilizes machine gun ammo.
  • Mortal Edge (Leon): An alternative look for Leon’s axe that also has special parry abilities.
  • RPG-7 (Leon): The standard rocket launcher. You can buy this for 15,000 CP.
  • Matsuoka Master Manual (Grace): A permanent upgrade that increases your Blood Collector capacity by 50 units.
  • Tactical Tracker (Leon): A mod that allows Leon to earn even more credits.
  • Mr. Raccoon Maps: You can purchase these to show the location of every statue on your map.

Charms & Cosmetics

  • Rugged Rookie (Grace): This is the RPD Leon outfit from RE2. Equipping it actually increases your firepower.
  • Claire Redfield Charm: Unlocked after 300 kills; it increases bullet penetration.
  • RPD Charm (Leon): Earned by finding all the letters from 1998 hidden in Raccoon City.
  • FBI Attire (Grace) & RPD Uniform (Leon): These classic costumes cost 500 CP each.
  • Bonus Settings: You can also unlock weapon skins, background music, and menu sound effects (some of these are tied to Deluxe editions).

Cheats & Ultimate Unlocks

  • Infinite Ammo (All Guns): This is the holy grail. It costs 50,000 CP and gives you unlimited ammo for every firearm (excluding knives/axes).
  • Infinite RPG-7: For 35,000 CP, you get the infinite rocket launcher.
  • Infinite Durability Hatchets: Costs 20,000 CP and ensures Leon’s hatchets never break.
  • Infinite Ribbon: This is the “ultimate” unlock for classic players. It gives you infinite saves even on the hardest difficulties.
  • Advanced Tuning: This unlocks a whole new level of weapon parts power. You get this by destroying all 25 Mr. Raccoon statues.

You can also get a really useful Power Shades Charm by solving the stars office briefcase puzzle.

The Challenges (How to Get CP)

To buy all that cool stuff, you need Challenge Points (CP). You earn these by completing specific feats during your runs. Here are the big ones you should focus on:

Difficulty & Completion Challenges

  • Remarkable Agent (40,000 CP): Complete the story on Insanity Difficulty. This is the fastest way to get enough CP for Infinite Ammo.
  • Speed Demon (20,000 CP): Complete the game in under 4 hours and get the Alpha/Good ending. This is also how you get the Infinite Ribbon for free.
  • Resolute Agent: Complete the story on Standard (Classic) difficulty.
  • The Final Puzzle: A mysterious challenge involving letting the “sweet pair hear the voice.”

Combat & Skill Challenges

  • Cat Got Your Tongue: Use Leon’s Hatchet to cut off a Licker’s tongue. It’s tough, but very satisfying.
  • Deadly Duet: Defeat the two “Singers” in the main story.
  • Grace and Goliath: Defeat the “Chunk” boss as Grace before jumping down the pit to the basement.
  • Seasoned Pro: Get 300 total kills across your playthroughs.
  • Speeding Ticket: Stop Victor’s highway attacks by shooting him in the head when the arrow icon appears.

Hardcore Restrictions

  • Never Touch the Stuff: Complete the entire story without using a single Green Herb or Med Injector (35,000 CP).
  • Minimalist: Complete the story without Grace using her Blood Collector (35,000 CP).
  • Bloodlust: Collect 5,000 microsamples of infected blood. You’ll probably get this naturally just by playing.
  • Credit Where Credit Is Due: Earn 200,000 total credits. This is much easier if you use Leon’s Tactical Tracker.

Closing Advice

There is a massive amount of content to dive into once you finish the main story. My personal advice? Go for a “Speed Demon” run first. Getting that 4-hour completion gets you the Infinite Ribbon, which makes your “Insanity Mode” run much more manageable. Once you clear Insanity, you’ll have the 40,000 CP needed to buy the Infinite Ammo cheat and turn the RPD into your personal shooting gallery.
