Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous is full of tricky puzzles for you to try to solve as you explore its fantasy world.

One such puzzle is Core of the Riddle which requires you to place down some tiles. The game is fairly cryptic with the puzzle’s rules, plus it uses strange glyphs to make things a bit more obtuse.

In this guide, we’ll explain how this puzzle works and tell you the solution.

Let’s go over the basic rules of this puzzle before we get started.

First, note that you need the Blue Tile Set from “Ravaged Long House”. Go there and look for the tiles if you don’t have them yet. Now, the puzzle itself.

Notice how there’s a panel with a single symbol on the bottom edge? Every tile you place above it must be the same hashtag-like symbol. In short, its column should all be the hashtag symbol.

There’s another similar panel on the right side of the puzzle. This one shows three different symbols. The tiles you place in this row must be one of these symbols.

Don’t worry about the colors on the tiles! That’s just for better visibility and is not part of the solution.

Also, note that adjacent squares must all be the same symbol. For example, a hashtag square should only touch other hashtag squares. In essence, it’s similar to how dominos work in real life.

Start by filling in the hashtag column, then add adjacent tiles following the rules stated above.

You only need to worry about what the column and row with panels have in them, the rest of the tiles are basically filler pieces. The finished puzzle should look like the image above.

That’s how to solve this particular puzzle. Place the tiles down in their proper spot and claim your rewards.
