Flying through space, downing colonies of ships, and emerging victorious in the end in a blaze of glory; these are the experiences that would be more fun with friends!
Although NEBULOUS: Fleet Command is still in early access, the developers’ love for the game made it so it pushed out to a playable phase with a multiplayer mode in the game up and running. While AI fights would still be solo, you can definitely duke it out with other space captains in this tactical space warzone.
This could be a deal-breaker for some who wants to go through stories of games like these with a buddy as co-pilot, there’s still tons of fun to be had when it comes to the available multiplayer capabilities the game has.
Can You Play Co-Op? – NEBULOUS Fleet Command
While an actual Co-Op against AI isn’t available in the game just yet, there is a working multiplayer that allows you to build a team of other players to fight against an equally numbered player enemy on the other end of the spectrum.
The way it works would be a PVP type of setting, with each player team bringing their own ships.
Each one manages their own fleet, you get to bring your own setups and join your friends to duke it out in space.
While there is no co-op to work together to progress the story, this is still a good way to play with friends or even find new friends by teaming out with strangers through the multiplayer option of the game.
