How to Break Cracked Walls in LEGO Star Wars Skywalker Saga
The reason why cracked walls just won’t go down no matter how much you shoot them is because you haven’t unlocked the Breaker Blaster yet.
If you don’t have the ability unlocked, switching to a Scavenger character still won’t help. Instead, you need both the right character and the ability unlocked.

LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga: All Extras Showcased | What Do They Do?Apr 16, 2022The Breaker Blaster isn’t something you find in a shop or buy with studs. You unlock it by progressing through story missions.
The most straightforward way is to play through Episode VII: The Force Awakens, specifically the “Scrap for Scraps” mission.
In this section you control Rey and BB-8, collect scrap, and are taught how to craft/assemble Scavenger tools including the Breaker Blaster.
After completing the mission, the Breaker Blaster will become available to all Scavenger characters in Story and Free Play.
Alternatively, you can complete Episode VI during The Chewbacca Defense mission. You can get the Breaker Blaster there as well, but the Episode VII unlock is generally easier and earlier.
Once you have a Scavenger character and the Breaker Blaster unlocked, you can now start breaking those walls earlier.
To do so, simply hold the ability wheel button, select the Breaker Blaster, aim at the cracked wall, and fire like a gun. The wall will collapse in one or two hits revealing studs, Kyber Bricks, hidden paths, or other secrets.
It’s worth noting that while you’re unlocking Breaker Blaster, you’ll also unlock two other Scavenger tools.
These are the Net Launcher for climbing vertical nets and the Glider for crossing large gaps or descending from heights.
You’ll use all three tools for hidden areas, Kyber Bricks, and optional collectibles.
