Bessie figurines aren’t hard to find if you know where to look, but you might miss them if you’re too focused on your house-flipping job.
In this guide, we’ll tell you where to find all of the Bessie figurines to get the Full House achievement.
All Bessie Collectibles in House Flipper 2
There are 9 Bessie the Beaver collectibles spread over the game’s many jobs.
Considering that 9 is way less than how many jobs there are in the game, that means that most jobs don’t have any collectibles to find!
Additionally, there are no jobs with multiple Bessies.
Lastly, collecting all 9 Bessies will unlock the “Full House” achievement!
Now, let’s look at all 9 jobs with Bessie the Beaver figurines and where to find them.
Just in case, the job names are based on the titles of the in-game e-mails.
Bessie #1 – “So You Wanna Be A House Flipper?”
It’s pretty fitting that our first Bessie collectible is in the very first job you can do in the game, right? It’s also a pretty easy one to find.
Enter the house go down the hallway and enter the room to your left.
Bessie is on the shelf opposite the room’s entrance, so it should be easy to find! You may need to move the chair out of the way to reach it, though.
Either way, just walk up to the Bessie figure and nab it. Your Bessie collection has officially begun!
Bessie #2 – “I Have A New Quest For You.”
Our second Bessie is, surprisingly, even easier to find than the first. But we’re going off the order in which jobs unlock, not difficulty, after all.
Anyway, just start this job and look for the garage on your right.
Enter the garage and approach the shelf opposite the entrance to find your second Bessie.
Bessie #3 – “Out With The Old!”
This Bessie has mastered the art of hiding in plain sight! Start the job and head inside the house.
You should see some boxes on your right, which your client told you to ignore because she would unpack them herself. Well, Besside is actually hidden there!
Move the wheeled bags out of the way so you can reach the house’s corner.
Bessie is atop the boxes, close to the corner. This tricky fellow knew how to hide!
Bessie #4 – “Tiny House To Flip.”
Unlike the previous one, this Bessie isn’t particularly hidden. Start the “Tiny House To Flip” job and immediately rush into the house through the entrance in front of you.
As soon as you enter, look at the shelves to your right.
Bessie number 4 is on the top shelf in the corner adjacent to the room.
Bessie #5 – “My Crew Is Moving Here.”
We’re about halfway through grabbing Bessies by now, huzzah! Go up the stairs and into this nice little house.
Look for the second door to your left as soon as you’re inside the house.
You’ll now be looking at a tiny room with a washing machine, some buckets, and a vacuum.
Look next to the buckets to find Bessie just hanging out!
Bessie #6 – “My House Doesn’t Feel Like Home.”
Considering how far along we are, you would expect Bessie’s statues to be better hidden. But nope, this is one of the easiest ones so far!
As soon as you start the job, enter the house and go up the stairs. You’ll enter a room with some square-hole shelves to your right.
Go past the shelves so you’re on the other side, then turn around to look at the shelves. You should have a piano to your left.
Bessie is on the second shelf from the left in the top row.
Bessie #7 – “Making Room For Our New Baby.”
Seven is a lucky number, so this must be the luckiest Bessie, right?
You’ll start the mission facing the house, with a glass door open to your right. Invite yourself into the house through that open door.
As soon as you’re inside the house, look for the chimney to your right and you’ll notice some colored toy boxes.
Bessie is in the front-most yellow box. Kinda feels bad taking that one, it seems to be one of the baby’s toys…
Bessie #8 – “Exterior Renovation.”
We’re almost done collecting, only two more Bessies to go.
To find this Bessie, ignore the entrance in front of you and take the wooden stairs in the back instead.
As soon as you’re up the stairs, turn to your left to find a children’s room.
Bessie is standing on the chest opposite the entrance.
Yet another kid’s toy, it seems!
Bessie #9 – “Adding Music Studio.”
At long last, we’re going to get our 9th and final Bessie. Follow the path leading to your right as soon as you start the job.
As always, invite yourself into the house, but keep an eye on the shelf opposite the entrance.
Bessie is on the leftmost part of the shelf, above the coffee machine. Bessie needs coffee to get through these arduous work days in house renovation…
Jokes aside, congratulations! This was the last Bessie figurine to get, and the “Full House” achievement will pop up the moment you collect it. You’re now Bessie’s biggest fan!
