Diablo Immortal: High DPS Wizard Build Guide

The Wizard is considered a glass cannon class because it has the weakest defense but packs the highest AoE damage in Diablo Immortal.

This class is the best choice if you want to blast through monster packs as quickly as possible. The Wizard’s damage allows you to integrate into dungeon-delving groups of all difficulties.

High DPS Wizard Build Guide in Diablo Immortal

In Diablo Immortal, most Wizards go all-in on AoE burst damage. The class also features a few crowd control abilities that perform well in solo play and PvP, but otherwise, it’s all about the damage.

The High DPS Wizard build is geared toward group content and focuses on damage, but it can be used in several situations.

Building a High DPS Wizard

Skills

All classes have a wide range of abilities and can equip four talents and one primary skill at a time. While your other skills are on cooldown, your primary skill serves as an auto-attack and an ultimate ability, allowing you to retain DPS.

The following are the greatest skills for the Wizard build:

• Magic Missile: The best single-target damage Wizard primary skill. Use Magic Missile in boss encounters because your other talents will provide plenty of AoE coverage.

• Meteor: This skill has a large area of effect, high upfront damage, a stun effect, and a damage-over-time field. It has everything a Wizard skill should have in one bundle.

• Arcane Wind: A charged ability that packs a lot of damage. Arcane Wind’s range and damage increase the longer you charge.

• Disintegrate: A channeled beam that causes damage to enemies while also applying a debuff. This debuff causes them to take 2% more damage and stacks up to five times.

• Teleport: A blink with three charges. Cast this spell to teleport to a targeted area instantly.

Your Charm Priority is Magic Missile first, followed by Meteor, Arcane Wind, and Disintegrate.

Legendary Gears

Legendary gear in Diablo Immortal can drastically change your skills. You’ll ultimately have a complete set of Legendary items in your primary slots, and you should always hunt for gear that affects your skills.

For a high DPS Wizard build, the greatest Legendary items are:

• Helmet: Lyan’s Resonant Wisdom

• Chest: Starcaller’s Drapery

• Shoulders: Arcane Intensifiers

• Legs: Galebringer’s Leggings

• Main Hand: Windshaper

• Off Hand: Unrepentant Gale

For Awakening, prioritize the Main Hand first, followed by the Legs, Shoulders, and Off-Hand. The rest will be up to you.

Legendary Gems

Legendary Gems can be added to any of your primary gear. These Gems bring significant benefits but can take a long time to obtain.

The following are the recommended gems for a wizard build:
