Cyberpunk 2077: Nibbles Secret in Update 2.1

Cyberpunk 2077 players might be familiar with Nibbles the Cat. This rotisserie chicken-looking feline is a stray you can adopt in the game after accomplishing a side quest.

The side quest is as simple as feeding Nibbles in V’s apartment complex. Nibbles will show up in your apartment after this, and not even Johnny is immune to the cat’s bald charms.

Whether or not you decide to adopt Nibbles, it appears that the cat shows up somewhere other than your apartment in Update 2.1.

Nibbles Secret in Update 2.1 of Cyberpunk 2077

One of the appeals of adopting Nibbles is that you’ll be able to take photos with the cat. You can do this by opening photo mode and scrolling to Pose. Choose Nibbles in the Character option and take as many selfies and photos with him as you please.

For those who might be interested and just really love this raw chicken-looking cat, this new update features a secret. Now, Nibbles can show up on the trains with you too.

This is a random event, but players have noticed the cat taking a nap under booths on the train with you.

It’s unsure whether or not this is actually Nibbles or just another street Sphynx taking shelter from the outdoors, but it’s a nifty little easter egg for animal lovers, cat lovers, or just Nibbles fans who want to see their pet cat every once in a while.

You’ll notice in the screenshot above that there is a group of monks as well. Whether or not that has anything to do with this cat is anyone’s guess so far, but we’ll keep you posted if there are any developments on this.
