Schedule 1 is all about making a whole lot of drugs and selling it on the streets in an effort to grow your criminal empire from scratch. Along the way, you are going to learn how to make different types of products, including crystal drugs. In this guide, we will briefly go through how you can start cooking crystal in the game.

How to Cook Crystal

In order to start cooking crystal, you are going to need to progress far enough in the game to unlock the second supplier that you can get in the game. Her name is Shirley Watts, and she becomes your contact by improving your relations with customers in the second area.

If you are not sure how to do this, check out our guide on how to unlock different regions in Schedule 1. The game naturally guides you through this entire process, as being able to cook crystal is something that your uncle will teach you as a part of the story.

Once you have access to Shirley Watts, you will now be able to buy some low quality pseudos from her, which are delivered the same way seeds were handed to you by the first supplier you had to deal with. Needless to say, you will need to wait several hours per order as they set up the dead drops for you.

You should be very familiar with how this system works by now. The only other things you will need are ingredients from the warehouse, which is a location that you are told to check out some time before you unlock this supplier.

There, you will need to buy some acid and phosphorus from the general store ran by Oscar. You can buy from him every evening, as the warehouse only opens at 6 PM onwards. Stock up on a lot of these, just enough to match the number of pseudos that you have.

Now, buy a chemistry station and lab oven from him as well. Set these up in one of your properties to start working with the lowest tier of meth that you can make.

Basically, you will need to add acid, phosphorus, and a pseudo to the chemistry station. Follow the steps that the game tells you to do and you will eventually start the actual cooking process, which takes several hours in the game to complete.

After around eight hours, take the liquid meth and cook it in the lab oven. After a bit more time, you can now get the solidified mass out of the oven and start whacking it with a hammer. When that process is finished, congratulations, you have now created some crystal meth!

That is all you need to know in order to start making low quality meth in the game. Eventually, just like with the supplier for marijuana seeds, you can improve your relationship with Shirley Watts to unlock better pseudos for higher quality drugs.

The entire gameplay loop is going to be pretty repetitive and slow, so be ready to do a lot of manual labor as you start cooking more complex drugs in your labs.
