Diablo 4: Tenets of Depravity Sacrament of the Faithless Quest Guide

“Tenets of Depravity: Sacrament of the Faithless” is a side quest in the Nahantu region in Diablo 4, added with the Vessel of Hatred expansion.

You will come upon a wounded survivor during your travels. All you know is that something happened at Faith’s Torch, a camp in the Seven Stones area. Get to the camp and see what’s going on there!

Tenets of Depravity: Sacrament of the Faithless Quest Guide

You can start the “Tenets of Depravity: Sacrament of the Faithless” quest in Diablo 4 by going to the Kurast Docks in Nahantu. Head to the spot marked on the map above and you will find a guard overlooking a heavily wounded person.

Talk with the guard and mention the wounded man to get some context on the situation. The man is extremely weak but manages to mention Faith’s Torch, a camp in Seven Stones.

With that information, you should now go find Faith’s Torch in Seven Stones. It’s directly southwest of the Kurast Docks. More specifically, go to the northern corner of the camp, which we’ve marked on the map above.

Once you get to the marked spot, you should see a man called Priest Dmitriy in a pillory. He asks to speak with you, so listen to what he has to say. Things don’t go too well, though, as the conversation results in a Berserk Burned Knight attacking you! Take him out to continue the quest.

After the battle, talk with Dmitiry again and he’ll tell you to grab proof of what happened in the camp. Pick up the Account of Captain Kharov’s Madness from the outer part of the tent opposite Dmitriy’s pillory.

Now, travel to Gea Kul in Kehjistan. You’ll need to find an authority of the Cathedral of Light there.

You can find the authority, Reverend Mother Prava, in the northern part of the city.

Speak to Reverend Mother Prava and give her Dmitriy’s report. You’ll have completed the “Tenets of Depravity: Sacrament of the Faithless” quest as soon as the dialogue ends, so just listen in for some Diablo 4 lore tidbits!
