In the first House Flipper game, when designing your house’s interior there was the option to cover your windows with a selection of curtains and blinds. These were a nice touch and could really tie a room together.
So, with the release of House Flipper 2, fans are wondering how they can add this creative flair to their newly renovated homes!
Where Are Curtains & Blinds?
So far, this feature appears to be missing from the gameplay in House Flipper 2. This will come as a loss to fans who loved the coziness curtains and blinds brought to the game. It is worth noting that you can still add shutters to your windows!
So with that said, fans are speculating two ways this feature will be added further down in the road.
DLC Expansion
The first game brought with it numerous DLC expansions that optimised the gameplay and brought new features to players.
The ‘Gardens’ DLC was one of these, which gave players the option to mow their own lawns. You can check out our article on mowing your lawn in House Flipper 2 here!
Some fans are speculating this features omission since its likely the developers want to include it in a DLC expansion at some point.
How much is this DLC likely to cost? We would speculate anywhere from $5 for a small expansion pack, up to $20 for a large expansion pack which includes more than just the curtains and blinds.
Free Update
Other fans have been more optimistic, stating that it’s possible the feature will come as a free update. In the first game, the blinds could be occasionally finnicky.
It’s possible the developers didn’t want to release the game with this feature acting glitchy and have fans complain about it.
The developers had a track record of adding free content to the first game. It is possible they will add this when its working properly.
Whether it’s through a DLC Expansion or a free update, bringing this feature back is sure to gain a lot of favour from the fans.
