This vest has 3 Armor Plates of protection, plus it will allow you to heal yourself and your teammates way faster than normal!
In this guide, we’ll tell you how to get this vest without spending a single cent of in-game or real money.
How to Get the Medic Vest in CoD DMZ
The easiest way to get the Medic Vest is probably by just looting materials and using the new Bartering system.
Bartering can be done from any Buy Station in the game. You can use it to trade in generic loot you find to get gear, such as the Medic Vest.
You’ll need the following items to trade in for a Medic Vest:
Bandages x3 – These can be found frequently inside First Aid Kits in both maps.
Liquor x1 – They’re usually found on racks in restaurants, bars, and kitchens.
Watch x1 – They’re at completely random locations but are super common so you should find them easily when looting.
Just trade these into a buy station to get the Medic Vest and you’re all set!
Alternatively, you might find the Medic Vest randomly while exploring supply drops and the like. It’s very unlikely, but you might get lucky!
Lastly, you can get a guaranteed Medic Vest by killing The Chemist in Al Mazrah. This is one of the various bosses in the game.
We recommend using the bartering system over fighting The Chemist since he can be quite a tough fight. It’s up to you to fight him so you don’t have to loot!
Killing the Chemist for a Medic Vest
You can find the Chemist is found in Al Mazrah. Look at your TacMap as soon as you land in the region and look for a radiation zone marked in yellow.
You will find The Chemist there; just look for a man in a bright yellow hazmat suit.
He’s not alone either as he will have a large group of guys protecting him. On top of that, the radiation and smoke will damage you unless you have a gas mask.
We highly recommend bringing a sniper rifle to fight him. Sometimes he appears in open areas, making him easy to snipe from a distance, but his spawn is random.
Either way, take him down and approach his corpse. He should have dropped the coveted Medic Vest; pick it up and you’re done!
Venezuelan gamer cursed by being interested by most games, resulting in a ridiculous backlog he’ll never be able to conquer. Been gaming for over two decades now! Few things exemplify his wide variety in gaming tastes as the fact that he’s a big fan of both Souls games and the Atelier series at the same time. Also a big fan of Yakuza/Like a Dragon, Deadly Premonition, Zero Escape, and Dead Rising, among others. Considers Lost Judgment and Sekiro to both be masterpieces.
