Return to Monkey Island is a point-and-click adventure game that lets you control the pirate, Guybrush Threepwood.

The game is the sixth installment of the Monkey Island series, and it is all about revisiting some of the most iconic places of the game. One of the achievements you can get is “Hey Wait!” and we are going to show you how you can unlock it.

Hey Wait Achievement Guide in Return to Monkey Island

In this part of Return to Monkey Island, Guybrush is trying to sail to Monkey Island but he needs a crew and a ship. However, nobody wants to be his crew member in Melee Island.

You are then going to meet his old friend, Otis, locked up in a cell and he is willing to be a crew member if you free him from the cell.

Freeing Otis From the Cell and obtaining the Achievement

The first thing that you need to do is talk to the Locksmith to know the information about making keys. Click on the house of the Locksmith,the house with a big key on the door. Afterward, get a monocle from Wally’s Maps-N-More, located on Low Street; it’s the shop with a globe sign hanging outside.

Click on the box of monocles to get 1, and go back to the jail. Once inside, click on the rucksack and drag the monocle to the lock on Otis’ cell to get the serial number.

Go back to the Locksmith, open your rucksack, and drag the serial number to the Locksmith to make a key. You can now use the key to free Otis.
