Throne & Liberty: Best PVP Healer Weapon Combination Tier List

Healing against players? This list might help you find the right setup!

Throne & Liberty is almost out for players all around the world, and with its many forms of PVP, there is going to be no shortage of build variety and lots of opportunities for individual skill expression in all the different roles. In this tier list, we will be helping you find the ideal healer weapon combos, specifically for PVP content, which will have vastly different needs compared to PVE.

Best PVP Healer Weapon Combination Tier List

This tier list is going to take varying forms of PVP in consideration, which means that if something is ranked highly, that means that it is generally good for everything ranging from small to large scale encounters.

As with any other list, this one is going to be purely subjective and will only reflect the current meta. Future updates could always shift things around, and since it is still really early in the game’s lifespan (at least for the global release), expect a lot of changes in the near future.

Finally, this is going to be mainly centered around healing focused combos, so some of these might not be rated as highly despite being pretty good. With all of that said, let’s get to the rankings!

S Tier

  • Wand & Tome + Longbow – As long as you can consistently put yourself in a spot where you won’t get easily taken out, this combo is probably the best healing setup you can have in all forms of PVP. It is completely support-oriented, so it is heavily reliant on the rest of your team peeling for you and just dealing damage in general. Perfect for masses too, since you will just be dumping heals at the zerg.
  • Wand & Tome + Daggers – If you want to do some damage as well, consider swapping out the longbow with some daggers. This will give you some decent damage potential and utility, as well as better survivability at the cost of not having a ton of healing abilities (at least compared to the top spot). It’s very versatile and works well in both PVE and PVP, but especially the latter.

A Tier

  • Wand & Tome + Staff – In PVE content, this is considered to be one of, if not the best healing combination. However, in PVP, this is favored more for its area of effect damage and utility. On top of that, you will also be really easy to kill if you get caught. It’s still great overall, just a lot more difficult to use against players.

B Tier

  • Wand & Tome + Sword & Shield – Although it offsets the squishiness of your traditional healer classes, this combination is more of a tank that just happens to heal. The goal for this combo is to be an annoying target on the front line with a lot of sustain and CC. It just has the added bonus of being able to heal nearby allies, which makes you an even bigger nuisance to enemies.

C Tier

  • Wand & Tome + Greatsword – Just like in PVE, this setup is fairly selfish in terms of how its heals and utility are used. This is even more apparent in PVP encounters as you will likely be focusing on sustaining yourself more than keeping party members alive.
  • Wand & Tome + Crossbow – This one is here for the exact same reasons as the wand & tome + greatsword combo. Technically, it can be more comparable to the daggers, but it is heavily outclassed in that regard and you may as well just opt for that to bring more value to the table.
  • Longbow + Staff – This one is technically usable as a healer combo due to the longbow, but it has incredibly selfish heals that might not be ideal for most forms of content. It does have some decent ranged damage, but as far as healers go, this setup is hardly comparable to anything using the wand & tome.

And that concludes this tier list, which is mainly geared towards people who prefer to take on a more supportive role in PVP encounters.
