As you might imagine, the Doctor deals in a variety of healing supplies. So, it’s always a good idea to offload unwanted goods to trade with him for meds. You’ll need those to heal up, after all!
In this quick guide, I’ll tell you everything you need to find the helpful Doctor.
Where to Find the Doctor
Before you being your search, note that the Doctor only starts appearing from day 2 onwards. As listed in the events while pausing the game, the Doctor returns to the School in Area 05 on day 2.

With that said, you’ll need to go to the School in Area 05 yourself. It’s easiest to reach by taking the leftmost exit (using the starting cabin as reference) out of the Village (Area 05) zone. The exit looks like the example above.
Once you reach the School zone, enter the main school building. It’s the big yellow building in the center of the zone, so it’s pretty easy to spot. Do watch out for hostiles, though!
When you enter the main school building, take the stairs all the way up to the top floor.
In the top floor, look for the Infirmary. It’s one of the rooms closest to the stairs. If you took the stairs to your right as you entered the school, the Infirmary will be the farthest room to your left.
Once you’ve found the right door, you just need to open it and invite yourself in! The Doctor is awaiting inside. You can talk to him to trade for medical supplies and the like. Pretty handy for staying alive.
That’s all you need to know to find the Doctor in Road to Vostok! Make good use of trading with him to keep a stock of medical supplies for healing.
