Honkai Star Rail features a vast array of quests for you to complete. One such quest is the “Fired” quest which requires you to find Mei’s notes to get a contact number.
This quest takes place in Central Starskiff Haven, so that’s where you will need to search!
In this short guide, we’ll tell you how to find these notes and where they are.
Where to Find Mei’s Scattered Notes in Honkai Star Rail
To start, make sure that you’re tracking the Fired quest currently. This will put an orange circle on your map which is where you’ll have to search for the notes.
There are only three sets of notes to find, but they’re a bit hidden. Fret not, however, because you have Diting with you! Make sure he’s your active companion when looking for Mei’s notes.
Use Diting’s ability to scan the surrounding area to highlight Mei’s notes in green.
The first set of notes is found under a bench on the southeastern part of the search zone. Approach them and pick them up. Your character will note that there’s only half a contact number in the paper.
The second part of the note should be behind a sign on the northwestern part of the search area. It’s pretty easy to spot with Diting’s help.
Alternatively, there’s another set of notes by a pole next to the rail in the northern part of the search zone. This shouldn’t be necessary, since the previous pair should complete the number.
Anyway, call the contact number on the notes and you should get in touch with Mei’s next of kin. Quest objective completed!
If the number doesn’t work, pick up the alternative third set of notes we detailed above. We hope that works for you.
