Genshin Impact has a new event coinciding with the addition of the Sumeru region. There is a segment of the event Grave Innocence that requires you to take pictures of newly added creatures. One of these is the Shaggy Sumpter, and we are going to show you how to locate it.

Where to Find Shaggy Sumpter Beasts in Genshin Impact

The event Graven Innocence, in Genshin Impact, will reward the players with Primogems and the newly added 4-star character Collei. These events are divided into 3 sections: Meticulous Craftsmanship, Roaming the Jungle, and Metamorphosis of Wood.

You need to complete The Trail of the God of Wisdom Chapter 3: Act 1 Archon Quest to take part in this event. In the Roaming the Jungle section, there is a task that requires you to take pictures of beasts, and one of them is the Shaggy Sumpter.

Shaggy Sumpster Location

The Shaggy Sumpters can be located just a little bit north of the Fane of Ashvattha. You are going to need 3 pictures of the Shaggy Sumpter. One picture while it’s attacking, resting, and eating.

Go to the area indicated in the picture above. First, you need to take a picture while it’s eating and resting. Find an elevated area where you can take a picture of them without disturbing what they’re doing.

Use the provided Exquisite Camera and aim at the Shaggy Sumpters. Shortly after, a text above the frame is going to pop out, showing you what action the beast is doing. Wait for the monster to eat or rest and take a picture each.

For photos of attacking, attack the Shaggy Sumpter and take a picture while it’s charging at you.
