“Complete a SHADOW Briefing to Earn Midas’ Trust” is the first step of Midas’ storyline in Chapter 6 Season 2 of Fortnite.

Just like it says, Midas doesn’t just trust any random Joe Schmoe. However, he would change his tune if you proved your worth by completing a task for SHADOW!

In this short guide, we’ll tell you where to find SHADOW Briefings to complete this simple objective.

There are currently 21 different potential locations for you to visit to find SHADOW Briefings. All of their locations are shown on the map above. However, keep in mind that some spawns might be randomized so not all of them are guaranteed to spawn every single match.

To make them a bit easier to find, they’ll also appear on your in-game map if you’re close to one. Just look out for a tiny white-and-black laptop icon. We do mean tiny, though, so it can be hard to spot!

Either way, get to any of these locations and you should notice a large computer terminal. Interact with it and you’ll get to pick from a variety of optional missions. The potential missions vary based on which type of SHADOW Briefing terminal you approached, too.

If you’re just wanting to progress through Midas’ storyline, pick whichever sounds easiest. Easier missions usually have worse rewards, but you can do them faster. Of course, the choice is ultimately yours, but that’s our recommendation here.

Nonetheless, just do whichever mission you selected from the terminal and you’ll also instantly finish the “Complete a SHADOW Briefing to Earn Midas’ Trust” objective in Fortnite. It’s as simple as that!
