Mycelium is one of the most valuable resources in Enshrouded. Even though it is quite common, it is used for a variety of purposes, mainly Alchemy.
Derived from mushrooms, this material is something you will want to get your hands on early on to give you a significant advantage in your playthrough later in the game.
In today’s guide, we’ll go over the best location to farm Mycelium in Enshrouded, as well as some tips on how to get there, and what to use it for. So, without wasting any more of your precious time, let’s get to it!
Best Location to Farm Mycelium
Mycelium Deposits
Before we begin, do note that in order to harvest Mycelium, you will need a Pickaxe. This is one of the basic tools in the game and is very easy to craft. To craft it, you will need to scour the area where you spawn for bushes. These will give you Twigs and Fibers. Following this, you need Stones.
Now simply craft a String followed immediately by a Pickaxe.
Now, the best location to farm and mine Mycelium is located near the Braelyn Bridge. A bit southwest of it. For more details check the screenshot below for the exact location.
Once you get there, remember that you need to find an opening in the ground and head inside. The Mycelium deposits are located underground. There you will find glowing mushrooms which you can mine for Mycelium.
Remember not to dig too deep so you don’t end up getting stuck in the hole you just dug. These Mycelium deposits tend to be very large so digging too much is a real possibility.
Lastly, do remember that whenever you respawn, the Mycelium deposits will be restored and can be mined/harvested once more.
