Types of Chests

There are four types of chests in Banishers Ghosts of New Eden. And there’s more than one of each hidden in the Dark Woods. The four types of chests are:

  • Blue Chests
  • Locked Chests
  • Lost Chests
  • Cursed Chests

Blue Chests

Most chests count as collectibles in Banisher Ghosts of New Eden. However, blue chests do not fall into the collectibles category and you don’t need them to finish the game. That said, they’re rare and provide a great source of witch stones, one of two in-game currencies.

Blue chest

You can easily recognize a blue chest by the shining blue light that surrounds it and the runes on its surface, as seen in the image above.

Locked Chests

Locked chest

Locked chests are one of the many collectibles in Banisher Ghosts of Eden. These chests are stored equipment elements and they require a key to be unlocked.

Lost Chests

Cursed Chests

Cursed chests are a type of secret in the game and can only be unlocked after talking to the Seeker on an island.
