ARK Fjordur: Where to Find Basilisk | Location Guide

ARK: Survival Evolved is a thrilling video game in which you must exist in a large universe full of enemies and bosses. The newest DLC, ARK Fjordur, was recently released.

This new map contains different realms, some of which have enemies that resemble gods and even artifacts that were once held by gods but are now made available to you. Exploring all of ARK Fjordur’s new realms will undoubtedly take you on a fantastic journey!

Where to Find Basilisk in ARK Fjordur

Basilisks are one of the creatures in the Aberration expansion for ARK: Survival Evolved. They are enormous serpent-like animals that dig under the ground until an attacker or prey approaches.

It can be identified by its distinctively three-forked tail protruding from the ground as it waits for its prey to approach before springing out in an ambush

Locating Basilisk

The Basilisk can be found at coordinates Lat 79.6 – Lon 81.8 in the Balheimr region on the new Fjordur map. This area is located at the bottom right of your map.

Basilisks are aggressive monsters once they spot you, so prepare yourself if you’re planning to face them. They spawn at an uncommon rate, meaning you might need to circle around the area first before coming across one.

Beware of other creatures lurking in this area. They can be really annoying and are quite a lot!
