Your inventory is quite limited in this game, as you can only carry a set number of consumables with you. Thankfully, key items don’t take up inventory space! Nonetheless, upgrading your inventory to carry more items is very helpful. We’ll tell you where to find all of the upgrade items.
All Inventory Upgrade Locations | Silent Hill f – Fervent Collector Guide
Shoulder Bag – Ebisugaoka Second Visit
In a dark alleyway behind Chizuruya, at the top of a blockade. You’ll need to come in from the east to avoid the many blockades in the town.
School Bag – Ebisugaoka Middle School
Inside Suga Yosie’s locker in the school’s locker rooms. You can find this locker in the northeastern locker room, marked above. If you don’t want to bother figuring out the code for this locker, it’s 377.

At the top of a shelf, directly to your right as you go up the stairs. You’ll need to walk around the broken floor to reach it. Also, be careful with the nearby enemies. This is reachable after Hinako completes the second ritual as part of the story.

Inside the small room in the southern part of this section. It’s on a low table to your right as you enter the room.

Packing Tips – Ebisugaoka First Visit
In the house to the southeast, right after you pass the first Hokora.
- Once you’re inside the house, go upstairs and then into the room behind the stairs.
- Grab the Balcony Key from a box there, then go out onto the balcony.
- Enter the adjacent room with the Balcony Key.
- In there, inspect the Boy’s Diary in front of you to get the Treasure Hunting Game Key.
- Then open the locked box on the desk to finally get the Packing Tips.
Embroidered Drawstring Bag – Dark Shrine Corridors (Otherworld)
Inside the dark room marked on the map above, on the western side of the Corridors area. You can get this one as soon as you reach this part of the game, as you can open the room at any time in New Game+. The bag is on the shelf in the far left corner.
