If you are some kind of gamer who finds the appearance of everything in the game a big deal, then having glyphs might be good for you.

As mentioned, this item grants cosmetic improvements to your kills. You can have these by owning an inscription, a profession, or if your friend has it. Another way is through the auction house.

Once you have it, using it is just pretty simple. However, if you happen to dislike it all of a sudden, there is still an option for you to remove it.

Now, if you have a sudden change of heart and wanted to remove it, you will have to find a vendor in the game. Look for Reagents and Alchemy vendors and purchase a Vanishing Powder. But if you have your own access to vendor mounts, you can also buy vanishing powder from them.

What you have to do here is click the Vanishing Powder. This will trigger the opening of the Spell Book. With that, simply select the spell with the applied glyph, and then confirm this action.
