While getting to the Voidstorm is straightforward enough through the portal in Silvermoon City, actually pinning down where Anomander is standing in Howling Ridge is where most players lose time.

The Singularity Renown Quartermaster, known as Void Researcher Anomander is found inside Voidstorm. He is located near the Howling Ridge at these coordinates: 52.57, 72.89. I have marked his exact location in the image below as well.

Void Researcher Anomander is not the most obvious NPC to track down. But with those coordinates, he is a quick trip from the Silvermoon City portal. Now that you know where he is, spending your Voidlight Marl on Singularity rewards should be a straightforward process going forward.
