How to Make a Smelter – Raft

A smelter is used to melt metal ore, Copper, Sand, Seaweed, Explosive Goo, and Titanium Ore. It, is used by feeding Planks into it and can hold up to four at a time.

Each plank will burn for 50 seconds until being entirely consumed, it works in the same way a kiln would be used and is only accessed by finding the materials needed and making the Smelter manually.

How to Make a Smelter

To make a Smelter, you will need to create dry bricks made from Sand and clay found in the ocean. You will then research your dry bricks on a research table, wood, nails, and scraps, all of which can be found floating on the ocean.

When these things have been studied, the smelter will be unlocked. After this is researched, you will press the button that says Craft and choose where you want to place the Smelter on the raft. The Smelter has
