First, you want to open the Home screen on your PlayStation 5 and press the PlayStation button on your controller.

You should now see the Activity Cards. The leftmost one should be the “Quick Settings” for PlayStation VR2. Simply navigate to it and select it with the X button.

This will open another screen. You’ll find the second option on this new menu which is “Screen Brightness”. Press X to select the “Screen Brightness” option.

After that, just press Left or Right on the D-Pad. You can move the slider to the left to lower the brightness or move it to the right to increase it.

Move the slider until the screen is comfortable to look at. After that, you can just close the “Quick Settings” screen by pressing the Circle button.

You can also modify the “Screen Brightness” from within the PlayStation 5 Settings. You can find it on the top right section of the Home screen.

Head over to Settings and scroll down to “Accessories” then navigate to PlayStation VR2. If it doesn’t appear on the list, make sure it’s turned on.

After you select PlayStation VR2, scroll down to the “VR headset” section. This is where the “Screen Brightness” setting is which works similarly to the “Quick Settings” slider.

So, there you have it. Now you know how to adjust the brightness on your PS VR2 Headset at any moment! Keep your eyes safe and comfortable by adjusting the brightness whenever necessary.
