You can level up your account in Honkai: Star Rail. This is known as your Trailblaze Level and is separate from your characters’ levels.

Reaching certain Trailblaze Level milestones will make you eligible for a variety of useful rewards! However, you will need to meet the NPC who gives them out first.

In this short guide, we’ll show you how you can claim your Level Rewards in the game.

Level rewards are given to you by the charming little conductor of the Astral Express, Pom-Pom! You can find him in the Parlor Car of the Astral Express.

You should be taken there as part of the game’s main story, as the Astral Express is a key location in the game.

Either way, go to the Parlor Car and look for a small humanoid bunny with a conductor’s uniform. Approach him and speak with him.

Pom-Pom will comment on your growth and state that he will keep an eye on you to see how you develop.

He will also say that he will make sure to prepare small rewards for you when you reach Trailblaze Level milestones, but the little rascal says the rewards are secret.

This will complete the “The Conductor’s Rewards” quest which gives you access to Level Rewards.

Now, you just need to come back here and check in on Pom-Pom once you increase your Trailblaze Level. Simply speak with him and he will give you any rewards you’re eligible for.

Make sure to check in often, as these rewards are pretty helpful. Besides, you earned them by leveling up anyway, might as well remember to pick them up!

Don’t forget to talk to Pom-Pom every now and then.
